Shipping

All pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production before shipping. Once your piece is ready, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Standard shipping: $14.99 flat rate.
We currently ship within the United States.

Order Proofs

Before we begin production, we'll send you a proof for approval. This ensures your colors, name, and details are exactly right before we make your piece.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each piece is handmade and customized, we cannot accept returns on custom orders once production has begun.

If your piece arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no charge.

For stock (non-customized) pieces, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping.
