How are your pieces made? Each piece is hand-cut and hand-painted using layered foam to create real three-dimensional depth. No two pieces are exactly alike.
How long does it take to receive my order? All pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production before shipping. A proof will be sent for your approval before I begin.
What are the add-on options and prices? These vary by item, however, generally: → Canvas background — +$64–$84 (depending on size) → Balloon — +$15 → Custom name in dimensional chipboard — +$25 → Custom color swap — +$15
What if I want a color that isn't listed? No problem. Add your color request in the order notes at checkout and I'll work with you to get it right.
How big are the pieces? Our animal-only pieces range from about 9" to 15" wide. Canvas-mounted pieces are 20" × 16" or 24" × 12" depending on the animal. Exact dimensions are listed on each product page.
How are they hung on the wall? Each piece is lightweight and comes ready to hang. Typically, this means command strips. We include hanging guidance with every order.Â
Do you ship internationally? I currently ship within the United States. Flat rate shipping is $14.99.
