All pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production before shipping. Once your piece is ready, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Order Proofs
Before I begin production, I'll send you a proof for approval. This ensures your colors, name, and details are exactly right before I make your piece.
Returns
Because each piece is handmade and customized, I cannot accept returns on custom orders once production has begun.
If your piece arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I will replace it at no charge.
For stock (non-customized) pieces, I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The piece must be in original condition. Buyer pays return shipping
