Child named Leo in green walker — PattyBin3D mission for SPG52 gene therapy

Turning Creativity into Impact

Every purchase helps fund gene therapy research and treatment for my son, Leo, who lives with a rare neurological condition called Spastic Paraplegia-52.

The disorder causes global developmental delay, significant intellectual disabilities, poor or absent speech, seizures, and progressive spasticity (stiffness) in limbs. It slowly takes away the child's ability to walk, then potentially the use of their arms and hands.

Many children make progress with early intervention and multiple therapies.

The goal is not only to support Leo, but to push forward real treatment options for children like him.

When you hang one of these pieces on your wall, you are part of something bigger than decor. You are helping move rare disease research forward and helping a family fight for their child’s future.
